Tax Manager / Tax Department Supervisor

Nagel, CPAs is seeking a seasoned tax professional, accomplished in tax planning and preparation that has experience in technical research and review, staff training, client relationships and accounting firm management. The best candidate for this position will have experience in resolving inquiries/audits from all taxing authorities, including Social Security and the NM Department of Labor. We are seeking prospects who communicate technical tax matters well, both orally and in writing.
The optimal candidate will have a minimum five years experience in a quality CPA firm and two years experience in supervision and review.

Compensation is commensurate with experience. Benefits include flex time, generous PTO, 401K, incentive compensation, CPE and other benefits.
