Part-time Administrative Assistant in the Albuquerque, Rio Rancho area

Nagel CPAs, LLC Accountants and Advisors, is now accepting applications for a Part-time Administrative Assistant. This position will primarily serve to assist the office manager with daily administrative duties in the office.

Prior administrative experience in a CPA firm or investment advisory firm is required.

Job duties will include:
  • Answering the phones
  • Greeting visitors and clients with appointments
  • Scanning client documents
  • Scheduling appointments
  • General organization of the office
Necessary skills include:
  • Basic computer skills using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • General organizational skills
  • TimeSlips experience, helpful
This is a part-time Administrative Assistant position of 20 hours per week. Availability in the afternoon is preferred.
Nagel CPAs, LLC Certified Public Accountants and Advisors, offers independent management accounting, tax planning and preparation, and financial reporting services to individuals, households, and organizations locally, regionally, and beyond. Our firm is currently made up of five CPAs and three bookkeeping / administrative staff members.
